If you've been following me on social media, you know I love my Monday Mantras. Having positive, uplifting words to start your day can change your whole outlook and truly make an impact on your life. Below are some of my favourite Monday Mantras to change your mindset and focus on living your best life.
1. EVERYTHING I NEED IS WITHIN ME
The power is within you. Everything to create the life you want, the strength to overcome the obstacles that lay before you, the love to heal your heart, it all starts within you. Meditate, manifest and go reach for your dreams. You can be your own hero.
2. I AM OPEN TO RECEIVING
Be open to what the universe has to offer. Be open to new experiences, to love and to abundance. When can't expect to receive what we are aiming for if we close ourselves off to opportunities. If you start your day open to what will unfold, you can see the opportunity in the moment and be ready to embrace it.
3. I AM WORTHY
You are worthy. Worthy of success. Worthy of love. Worth spending time on. Telling ourselves that we are worthy, we are deserving, is such a powerful thing. We spend a lot of time picking at our flaws, whether in the name of trying to improve ourselves or in a belief of not wanting to seem arrogant or entitled. But it is important to remind ourselves that we are worthy of good things. Set the intention, be receptive and open your heart to what you deserve.
4. I AM THANKFUL FOR TODAY
Start your day with gratitude. Thinking of things in your life for which you are thankful starts your day positively and reminds us of what makes us happy and fulfilled. Studies show that gratitude is linked to overall wellbeing and life satisfaction. All the more reason to include gratitude in your day!
5. I CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY
We are filled with choices. We have choice on how we react, on what we focus on. When you change your language and your thoughts to focus on the positive and the happiness, you attract more of the same. Positive self talk has been shown to have a massive impact on our wellbeing, sustain optimism and linked with both mental and physical health.
What you focus on, you manifest.
6. I TRUST IN THE GUIDANCE OF THE UNIVERSE
Do you believe the universe has a plan for you? Trust in the guidance that is provided to you. Whether through prayer, meditation, signs or just coming through in your intuition. When you feel unsure or lacking direction, sometimes it can feel incredible to let go and just have faith.
7. I AM LOVED
If you take away one mantra from this post, this the most important mantra. Love is a powerful thing, it can heal, it can elevate. If we focus on the love in our loves, we can feel fulfilled and content. Start your day by reminding yourself that you are loved. By others, by the universe and by those around you. And most of all - by yourself.
