Postage and Handling
All our items are handmade especially for you and may take up to 7 business days to complete.
We post to anywhere in Australia at a flat rate of $6.95 on orders up to $74.99 and free shipping on orders $75 and over. We use Australia Post as our delivery agent and provide tracked postage whenever available. A confirmation email will be provided with these tracking details.
Express Post upgrade is available at a flat rate of $10.00 on orders up to $74.99 and $5 on orders of $75 and over. Please note that this does not express the creation of your order so if you require your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to order to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
If you have not received your item in 14 days from posting date, please contact us.
Returns Policy
We understand that buying online can be difficult and endeavour to work with you if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
In the event you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered) item, please contact us on contact@kayelledesigns.com.au within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Please choose carefully when purchasing as change of mind returns are not accepted.
In the event a refund is accepted, refunds will be given using your original payment method.
All goods must be returned in unworn condition with their original packaging. You will be responsible for arranging the return of a product. In the event of a faulty or damaged product, the product will be inspected and if a fault is confirmed, a full refund will be issued including postage. A receipt is required in order to recover postage costs associated with the return of a faulty item.
If the product is not deemed to be faulty or had been damaged by mis-use, no refunds will be issued and you will be required to cover postage costs for the return.
Shipping to New Zealand
We post to New Zealand at a standard rate of AUD$8 without tracking or AUD$15 with tracking. Additional costs may be incurred for heavy items such as crystals, which will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the United States using standard air shipping via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. If you wish to order shipping to another location, please contact us via email to kylie@kayelledesigns.com.au.
Mala Bead Bracelets and Necklaces
Our mala beads are made in natural stone and may include feature beads or pendants in other finishes. Stone beads can be wiped clean.
Mala beads are intended to facilitate prayer or meditation and the stone beads used are considered to assist with a specific intention of your practice. You can find more information about the intention of your mala beads in the product listing.
We recommend storing your mala beads in the cloth pouch provided when not in use.
Cleansing your Crystals
Cleanse your crystals and mala beads using moonlight. Simply place on a dish outside at sunset and collect your jewellery in the morning. Crystals like to be grounded so we recommend using a plate or bowl made of a natural material and placing on the ground. The moon's energy is highest during a new or full moon but you can bathe in moonlight any time. Don't worry if it's raining or overcast, the energy of the moon will still cleanse your crystals, although I wouldn't recommend putting jewellery where it can be directly affected by the rain.
You can also cleanse your malas by using a sage smudge stick. Another relatively easy process, simply place your jewellery in a container and follow the directions on your smudge stick. As you burn the stick, allow the smoke to waft over your jewellery.
Chains & Metal Accents
We use chains and metal beads in various metal finished including plated zinc alloy, toned copper, sterling silver and stainless steel. Some of these metals may discolour over time and with use. To minimise discolouration, please avoid contact with perfumes, moisturiser, hair spray.

To measure your sizing, use a tape measure around your wrist, keeping the tape fitted but not tight. Add approximately 1.5cm for a comfortable snug fit, or more if you prefer a looser style.
Custom sizing
Custom sizing options are available for all listings. Simply include instructions for your desired necklace length or bracelet size at checkout. Please note with bracelet sizing, custom sizing may alter the final design.
