In the event you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered) item, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Please choose carefully when purchasing as change of mind returns are not accepted.
In the event a refund is accepted, refunds will be given using your original payment method.
All goods must be returned in unworn condition with their original packaging. You will be responsible for arranging the return of a product. In the event of a faulty or damaged product, the product will be inspected and if a fault is confirmed, a full refund will be issued including postage. A receipt is required in order to recover postage costs associated with the return of a faulty item.
If the product is not deemed to be faulty or had been damaged by mis-use, no refunds will be issued and you will be required to cover postage costs for the return.
